The Doctor and Staff

Dr. Neil Bergstrom, D.D.S.
Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Bergstrom graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He has three children that were all raised in Enumclaw. He enjoys skiing, kayaking, motorcycling and travel.

Dr Bergstrom has received certification in Advanced Aesthetic, Cosmetic Dentistry and has been trained and certified in the use of I.V. Sedation. He has great passion for his work and takes pride in what he does.

Dr. Bergstrom has a staff that is friendly and highly qualified, with many years of experience.

Lori
Lori Beall was born and raised in Enumclaw, Washington. She began working for Dr. Bergstrom as a Dental Assistant in 1978. After working two years, she decided to get married, move to Alaska and a few years later had three sons. She came back to work dental assisting in 1989 and is now the Office Manager.

With her clinical experience, she is able to help patients with their dental questions regarding treatment, insurance issues and financial arrangements. From time to time, she will also assist Dr. Bergstrom with I.V. Sedations. Lori loves to work with people and will be here to help make your dental experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Lori loves adventure, outdoor activities, fishing, traveling, cooking and spending time with her family.

Sheila, RDH
Sheila Fix, is our Dental Hygienist. She graduated in 1976 from Bates vocational school as a certified Dental Assistant, then furthered her career and graduated in 1982 from Pierce College as a registered Dental Hygienist. She has worked for Dr. Bergstrom since 1986 and feels the staff at our office are wonderful people, very friendly, highly skilled and conscientious. We deliver high quality dentistry and the patients are so nice. That’s the reason she has been here so long.

Sheila was born and raised on the family farm in Puyallup, Washington. She married her husband in 1985 and moved to Enumclaw. In her spare time, she loves to travel, garden, camp in her R.V. and play with her little dog Mattie. Family is very important to Sheila so she has moved back to the Puyallup family farm and now has to commute to work, but it’s worth it.

Marlene
Marlene Goodner has lived in the state of Washington since 1987. She is married to a wonderful man that she met after her divorce. She has a daughter, son in-law and granddaughter. Also a step-daughter and grandson. Marlene has worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Bergstrom since 1990. She enjoys getting to know the patients and loves being able to help them with their dental treatment. Especially phobic patients that require I.V. Sedation. Her hobbies are traveling, fishing and loves animals, gardening and sports.

Steffanie
Steffanie Murray grew up in Black Diamond, Washington. She is a single mom with three teenage boys. She has been working with Dr. Bergstrom as a Dental Assistant since 2009. Steffanie also helps in the front office with the recall system and checking on insurances. What she loves about her job is that she is always learning something new every day.

Her hobbies are spending time with her kids and family, BBQs, camping and quading. Her favorite T.V. show is NCIS.
